Booking & Cancellation policy
Prices listed are a guideline for standard services and not to be considered a quote. If you would like to discuss individual needs and relieve a personalised quote please contact on 0450 580 540 or book a complimentary colour consultation.
Price variations will occur depending on volume and length and addition charger may occur if additional colour products or time are needed.
A blow dry or haircut & dry is compulsory for all colour clients, foiling and balayage services to finish to look and for us to see the colour results.
Foiling and balayage services will require a toner and Olaplex 1 & 2 Deluxe in colour treatment.
A deposit of $100 is required to book a colour appointment. This will be taken off your final bill on the day of your appointment.
A confirmation message will be sent 2 days before to your appointment, you must reply Yes to confirm your appointment or text/call us on 0450580540 to cancel or reschedule.
A minimum of 48hrs notice must be given to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a deposit can be transferred to another appointment time once if enough notice is given.
If you do not give sufficient notice to cancel, are excessively late or do not show up you will lose your deposit.
Last minute cancelations have a massive impact on us being a small business and could mean other clients that may have missed out on an appointment due to us being fully booked.
We appreciate you abiding by our cancelation and deposit polices and as always thank you for your continued support.
